Yealink Accessories and Replacement Parts

Start with the model number of the device the part is for, then look for that exact model in the "fits" line of each part. Stands, cradles and clips are shaped for specific models, so do not assume a part fits a model it does not name. If your model is not listed, ask us before you order and we will check.
For a headset dongle, also match the plug to your computer: the BT51-A has a USB-A plug (the larger rectangular port) and the BT51-C has a USB-C plug (the small oval one). The BH74, BH76 Plus and BH78 ship with a BT51-C and a USB-C to USB-A adapter. Telnamix warranties the Yealink hardware we sell for 3 years.

Questions about Yealink accessories
- Which dongle does my Yealink headset need?
- BH series headsets use the BT51 dongle, which comes in two versions with the same function: BT51-A (USB-A plug) and BT51-C (USB-C plug). The BH72 and BH76 work with either. The BH74, BH76 Plus and BH78 come with the BT51-C, the BH71 Pro and BH71 Workstation Pro come with the BT51-A, and the BH70 uses the BT51 in either version. Pick the plug that matches your computer. For other devices, CPW90-BT wireless microphones use the BT42, and the CP900 and CP700 speakerphones use the BT50.
- Can I buy a replacement charging cradle for a W56H?
- Yes. The W56H charging cradle (part 230200200000) is $10.00 at list price and can sit on a desk or mount on a wall. Power it only with the Yealink 5 V/0.6 A adapter, since a third-party adapter can damage the handset. We also carry a replacement W56H belt clip, and charging cradles for the W59R and W78H.
- The stand on my Yealink desk phone broke. Which one do I need?
- It depends on the model: there are separate stands for the T31P and T31G, the T33, the T53 and T53W, and the T54W, plus one table stand that fits the T52S, T54S, T56A, T58A, T58V, T56B, T57W, T58B and MP58. Each is $15.00 at list price. If your phone is not on that list, ask us before ordering.
- Does the BHC76 stand charge anything besides a headset?
- Yes. The BHC76 is a standard Qi wireless charger, so on top of the BH72, BH76 and BH76 Plus headsets it charges any phone or earbuds that support Qi charging. It runs from a 12 V/2 A power adapter and delivers up to 15 W.
- Can a Yealink conference phone join calls on a regular analog phone line?
- With the CPN10 PSTN box, yes. It connects the CP860, CP920, CP935W or CP965 to an analog line so the room can take PSTN calls alongside SIP calls, and two CPN10 boxes can be cascaded for a PSTN conference. It draws no separate power and includes a 3 m phone cable.
- Are accessories and replacement parts covered by a warranty?
- Telnamix warranties Yealink hardware for 3 years, and every part on this page is Yealink hardware. If a part you bought from us stops working within that time, contact us.
