About the Yealink BH76 Plus

The BH76 Plus belongs to the BH76 series and adds a choice of fit. It ships with two sets of ear cushions: over-ear, which seal around the ear and block more outside sound, and on-ear. The cushions swap by hand, and the firmware recognises which set is fitted and adjusts the sound to match. Active noise cancellation has three settings, and with the over-ear cushions Yealink rates the average noise reduction at 35 dB.

For calls, the boom microphone slides out of the ear cup and five microphones with Yealink Acoustic Shield keep background noise out of what the other person hears. Raise the boom to mute. Every version ships with a BT51-C dongle and a USB-C to USB-A adapter, and the headset can stay connected to your phone over Bluetooth at the same time. It charges by cable or on a Qi wireless stand, and busylights on both ear cups come on during calls or when you press both volume buttons together.

  • Over-ear or on-ear

Two sets of cushions in the box. The headset detects which set is on and tunes its audio for it.

  • Active noise cancellation

Three ANC settings, with an average of 35 dB of noise reduction together with the over-ear cushions.

  • Hidden boom microphone

The arm slides out for calls and tucks into the ear cup when you are only listening. Five microphones filter the noise around you.

  • Long battery life

Up to 35 hours of talk time and 40 hours of music with ANC off, and up to 15 days on standby.

  • Qi wireless charging

Charges by cable in under 2 hours, or on the BHC76 wireless stand in under 3 hours. The stand also charges Qi phones.

  • Busylights on both sides

Red indicators light up during calls, and you can switch them on yourself by pressing both volume buttons.

Which BH76 Plus should I buy?

Pick the Teams edition if your company calls through Microsoft Teams; it is certified for Teams. Pick the UC edition for anything else, including a Telnamix hosted or 3CX phone system. All four versions are black and share the same BT51-C dongle with a USB-C to USB-A adapter, so there is no port choice to make. The only other decision is the BHC76 wireless charging stand, which adds $50 at MSRP ($369 against $319) and also charges a Qi phone.

Questions about the Yealink BH76 Plus

What is the difference between the BH76 and the BH76 Plus?
Both have the hidden boom microphone and the same rated talk and music times. The BH76 is on-ear only; the BH76 Plus comes with over-ear and on-ear cushions you can swap, and the over-ear set adds passive noise isolation on top of the ANC.
Does the Yealink BH76 Plus work with a Telnamix hosted phone system or 3CX?
Yes. Through its USB dongle the BH76 Plus works as a standard headset for softphone apps on your computer, such as the 3CX desktop and web apps. For these, the UC edition is the right choice.
How long does the BH76 Plus battery last?
Up to 35 hours of talk time with ANC and the busylight off, up to 40 hours of music with ANC off, and up to 15 days on standby. It charges in under 2 hours by cable or under 3 hours on the wireless stand.
Can I replace the ear cushions?
Yes. The cushions detach by hand, and both an over-ear and an on-ear set come in the box. Replacement black ear cushions for the BH76 Plus are on our accessories page.
Is the charging stand worth it?
If the headset has a home desk, it saves plugging in a cable and also charges your phone. It adds $50 at MSRP, or you can buy the BHC76 stand separately later.
What is the warranty?
Telnamix warranties Yealink hardware for 3 years.
