The Yealink BH71 is a single-ear Bluetooth headset that hooks over one ear and weighs 18 g, built for people who take calls on the road. Four microphones with beamforming filter background noise, the headset reaches up to 40 m (130 ft) in ideal conditions, and it talks for up to 10 hours per charge; the Pro adds a charging case good for another 20 hours.
Yealink lists the BH71 series in its current range. This page covers the headset-only listings (Lite, v1 and Pro); the listings with the desktop base station are on the BH71 Workstation page.

About the Yealink BH71
This page covers the BH71 sold as a headset on its own, in three versions: the Lite (headset and a charging cable), the BH71 v1 (with a carrying case that has no battery) and the Pro (with a battery charging case and a USB dongle). If you want the headset with Yealink's desktop base station, which adds a touchscreen, a speakerphone, a USB hub and a desk phone connection, see the BH71 Workstation.
The headset pairs with up to 8 devices and stays connected to 2 at once, so a smartphone and a computer can share it. It works with Windows, macOS, Android and iOS, and Yealink also lists its own SIP desk phones as supported devices.
Very light
The headset weighs 18 g, so it can stay on your ear through a long day of calls.
Four-microphone noise filtering
Four microphones with beamforming keep traffic and crowd noise out of what the caller hears. Yealink rates it at 90% of background noise removed.
10 hours of talk time
Up to 10 hours of talk time and 11 days on standby per charge, with a full charge in up to 90 minutes.
Charging case on the Pro
The Pro case holds a 420 mAh battery that recharges the headset for about 20 extra hours of use.
Two connections at once
Stays connected to two devices, such as your phone and your laptop, and remembers up to 8.
Adjustable ear hook
The ear hook pulls out and adjusts so the headset sits securely, and eartips are included.
Which BH71 should I buy?
The headset is the same in all three; what changes is what comes with it. The Lite ($75) is the headset with a charging cable, for people who pair it with a phone or a computer's own Bluetooth. The BH71 v1 ($119) adds a carrying case without a battery. The Pro ($149) adds a battery charging case for about 20 hours of extra talk time on the road and a USB dongle for a computer, listed as USB-C/A for USB-C or USB-A ports. There is no separate Teams or UC edition of the headset; The v1 and Pro are sold as Teams certified. For a desk setup with a base station, see the BH71 Workstation instead.
