Which video conferencing systems does it work with?

The CM20 and CS10 work with the Yealink AVHub (firmware 153.433.0.5 or later) the Yealink UVC86 (151.433.0.5 or later) and the Yealink UVC84 (262.433.0.5 or later). The CM20 also plugs into Yealink MVC systems without a separate DSP.

Why does the kit include a switch?

Yealink network audio needs a switch with Energy Efficient Ethernet turned off and with QoS support. The included RCH40 E2 has Energy Efficient Ethernet disabled and supports Dante and AES67, so the kit does not depend on finding a suitable switch.
