Does the MeetingBar A25 work with Microsoft Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms?

Both. Yealink lists the A25 as a Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android device and as a Zoom Rooms appliance, and it runs either natively without a room PC. It can also act as a USB camera and audio device for Teams Rooms on Windows.

What size room is the A25 for?

Focus rooms and huddle rooms. Yealink's guideline is 2 to 5 people, and the microphones pick up voices up to 5 m from the bar.

Which should I buy, the A25-010 or the A25-031?

The A25-010 comes with a remote control; the A25-031 comes with the CTP25 touch console and costs $740 more at MSRP. Choose the A25-031 if people will connect laptops, since wired BYOD runs through the CTP25.

Can the A25 be used with Webex or another meeting app?

Yes, in BYOD mode. Connect a laptop, open the app and pick the A25 as the camera, microphone and speaker. Yealink gives Cisco Webex as an example, and its datasheet routes wired BYOD through the CTP25 touch console.

Can I use the A25 with a Telnamix hosted or 3CX phone system?

The A25 is a video meeting device, not a desk phone, and Yealink does not list 3CX among its platforms. In BYOD mode a laptop can use it as the audio and video device for third-party apps, but ask us to test your setup before you rely on it for calls.

What is the warranty?

About the Yealink MeetingBar A25

Small rooms are hard on cameras: people sit close, often around a table against the wall, and a normal lens cuts off whoever is at the ends. The A25 answers that with one ultra-wide camera and two telephoto cameras. The wide lens covers the room at 151° horizontally, and the telephoto lenses supply sharp close-ups for IntelliFocus, which shows the two most recent speakers in their own frames. Video Fence ignores anyone outside the meeting area.

The bar runs Android 13 and supports Microsoft's Device Ecosystem Platform (MDEP), which tightens security and simplifies deployment. With the CTP25 touch console, one Cat5e cable from the bar powers and connects the console, you sign in once on the console for the whole system, and one USB-C cable from a laptop to the console handles 4K sharing, bring-your-own-device meetings and charging.

Which MeetingBar A25 should I buy?

The bar is the same in both bundles; the suffix sets the controller. The A25-010 comes with Yealink's VCR11 remote control and a USB-C cable. The A25-031 swaps the remote for the CTP25 touch console with its own power adapter, network cable, USB-C cable and stand, and costs $740 more at MSRP. Yealink's datasheet notes that wired BYOD, where a laptop uses the bar as its camera and speakerphone, goes through the CTP25. If people will plug in laptops, choose the A25-031.
