The Yealink DeskVision A24 is an all-in-one desktop video display for one person: a private office, a home office, a shared desk or a phone room. It combines a 23.8-inch Full HD touch screen, a pop-up 8 MP camera for video calls at up to 1080p, microphones and stereo speakers, and it runs meetings on its own as a Microsoft Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms device, then switches with one button to work as a USB-C monitor and dock for a laptop.

About the Yealink DeskVision A24
Most desks that take video calls end up with a monitor, a webcam, a speakerphone or headset, a dock and a tangle of cables. The A24 replaces all of that with one screen. In meeting mode it is its own conferencing device, so calls do not depend on how the laptop is running, and joining is a tap on the touch screen.
Press one button and it becomes a workstation for your laptop. A single USB-C cable gives the laptop a second display, charges it, adds USB ports and lets it use the A24 for bring-your-own-device meetings. The conferencing side keeps running in the background, so a meeting notification can still pull you back. A built-in wireless charging pad takes care of your phone.

Pop-up 8 MP camera
An 83° camera for video calls at up to 1080p30 lifts out of the top of the screen, automatically or by hand, as its privacy control.

Monitor and dock for your laptop

- Can the DeskVision A24 be used as a monitor and a video conferencing system?
- Yes. It runs meetings on its own as a Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms device, and one button switches it to a monitor for your laptop over USB-C. The conferencing system keeps running in the background, so you can jump back into a meeting when a call or notification comes in.
- Does the A24 work with Microsoft Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms?
- Yealink certifies it for both. As a Teams Rooms device it turns a phone room or office into a one-touch meeting space; as a Zoom device it adds Kiosk mode and Workspace Reservation. Our distributor lists the part number for Teams, so tell us if you need it for Zoom.
- What does the single USB-C cable do?
- It connects your laptop for display, charging through power delivery, extra USB ports and bring-your-own-device meetings, so one cable replaces a dock, a webcam and a speakerphone.
- Can I use the A24 with a Telnamix hosted or 3CX phone system?
- The A24 is a Teams and Zoom meeting device, not a desk phone, and Yealink does not list 3CX among its platforms. In workstation mode your laptop can use it for bring-your-own-device meetings, but Yealink does not document softphone calling, so ask us to test your setup before you rely on it.
- How hard is it to install?
- It is one unit on a stand. In most cases it needs only a power cable to get started, plus the USB-C cable if you want to connect a laptop.
