Does the MeetingBar A10 work with Microsoft Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms?

Both. Yealink certifies the A10 for Microsoft Teams and Zoom, and it runs either one natively on its built-in Android system, so you do not need a room PC. With Teams you get Teams Admin Center management and proximity join; with Zoom you get Zoom Device Management, direct sharing and Smart Gallery.

What size room is the A10 for?

Huddle rooms, small rooms and home offices. Yealink rates it for 1 to 5 people on its Teams Rooms page (its Zoom Rooms page says up to 7), and the microphones pick up voices up to 4.5 m from the bar.

Can I use the A10 with a Telnamix hosted or 3CX phone system?

The A10 is a video meeting device for Teams and Zoom, not a phone, and Yealink does not list 3CX among its platforms. A laptop can connect to it by USB-C in Device Mode, Yealink's wired bring-your-own-device mode, but Yealink does not document softphone use, so ask us to test your setup before you rely on it for calls.

What is the difference between the A10-010 and A10-020?

The bar is the same. The A10-010 comes with the VCR11 remote control. The A10-020 comes with a CTP18 touch panel instead, with its own PoE power adapter and mounting bracket, and costs $430 more at MSRP.

Can people share their screen without a cable?

Yealink pairs the A10 with its WPP30 wireless presentation pod, but Yealink does not sell the WPP30 in the United States. Here, sharing uses a single USB-C cable from the laptop to the bar.

About the Yealink MeetingBar A10

The A10 puts the computer, camera, microphones, speaker, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth in one bar that clamps to a TV or mounts on the wall. Setup is a power cable and an HDMI cable to the display. Meetings are joined from the calendar with one touch, using either a touch panel or a remote, and the bar handles content sharing and whiteboarding inside the meeting.

The camera frames the group automatically and can cut to a close-up of whoever is talking, and an electric shutter covers the lens when the bar is not in use. For a laptop in the room, a single USB-C cable shares the screen or connects the laptop in Device Mode, Yealink's wired bring-your-own-device mode.
