Telnamix VoIP Solutions was founded in January of 2017, but its roots go back into 2013 when Co-Founder and COO Nate Holton started supporting a few On-Site VoIP Systems that had been installed by another provider.

Nate quickly realized that VoIP was something that would soon fit into most businesses and dove head first into the industry. It was at this point that he started developing processes that would give customers a much better experience with their VoIP systems and would make them attainable and affordable to even the smallest of businesses.

As the customer base for implementations grew, it quickly became apparent that customers had very specific expectations and concerns about new VoIP phone systems.

Customers wanted something reliable. Many had heard of VoIP but they had mostly heard horror stories of quickly deployed phone systems that didn’t work or didn’t deliver everything they were supposed to.

Customers were tired of dealing with large telecommunications companies and antique phone systems. They didn’t want to sit hours on the phone because of a support issue, or wait a week and pay $200 for a simple phone system change.
